UNSOLICITED SUBMISSION POLICY / DISCLAIMER
GILDED MAGIC PUBLISHING does not accept or review unsolicited material
without an
"UNSOLICITED MATERIAL RELEASE".
GILDED MAGIC PUBLISHING has a policy that neither it nor any of its agents or other employees shall accept or consider any unsolicited material, ideas or suggestions of any nature whatsoever ("Unsolicited Materials"). Any third party considering submitting any Unsolicited Materials in contravention of this policy should understand that GILDED MAGIC PUBLISHING and its employees and agents are constantly developing new program material, stories, shows, products, services and features which may be similar or even identical to any ideas contained in the Unsolicited Material.
Furthermore, GILDED MAGIC PUBLISHING is not obligated to maintain any Unsolicited Material in confidence, unless a binding non-disclosure agreement or confidentiality agreement applicable to such Unsolicited Material is executed by the parties. GILDED MAGIC PUBLISHING will consider any Unsolicited Material to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. GILDED MAGIC PUBLISHING shall have no obligations concerning the Unsolicited Material, contractual or otherwise, and shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Unsolicited Material.
